Noelle

This last week my family had to say goodbye to our beloved furry Noelle. It's never easy to say goodbye to our precious animals that become part of our family. Noelle was a wonderful dog and so much more then a dog...in fact I dont think we ever actually called her a dog I think we always said she was just a "noelle". She brought much comfort and many many laughs. She was a bit blonde but we loved every minute of it. She loved car rides, ice cream, bones at the bank, chasing squirrels and chickens (oh my the chicken stories), going for walks with horses, rodeos, horse shows, christmas tree hunting, playing football, saving her toys from the fire place, the list could easily go on. She was truely a member of our family. So it was with heavy hearts that we had to let her go, but least we could give her one last gift of no pain and no more suffering and be with her as she took her final walk to heaven. Noelle will be missed and forever in our hearts.

Riddle me this...

What do you get when you add rollerskates, a derby girl, a trampoline, and wonder woman together?

Bionic BabyDoll

My favorite derby girl was back in town for a visit so of course we had to do a photoshoot. Here are a few pictures from the fun we had.

So this is love...

I had the pleasure of taking my parents 60th wedding anniversary photos and wanted to share this photo. I hope this can be an inspiration to marriages and to those planning on getting married.

Loving someone is a leap of faith
You are giving them your heart

and trusting them not to break it...
No matter what happens
I will still never regret making that leap for you

Rays of sun...

"Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass on a summer day listening to the murmur of water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is hardly a waste of time."

Spread the Love

I recently was the photographer for the Spread the Love event held by the Do Crew Salon in Missoula. This event was supporting breast cancer survivors and all the money raised went to Chicks n Chaps. The Do Crew Salon selected several woman who are survivors and gave them beautiful makeovers. These ladies then had the chance to walk the runway in the summers hottest trends (clothes provided by Maurices, Nicole Katherine Designs, and Cenex) as their stories were played on big screen. It was wonderful evening of food, laughter, and tears. These woman are truely amazing and everyone involved in the event did an amazing job. It was an honor to work with them and I wish the ladies many blessings in their future.

What is Chicks n Chaps you ask?
"Chicks n Chaps Womens Rodeo Clinic is a fun way for women to learn about the sport of rodeo from PRCA Cowboys, have a lot of fun, and raise money for Tough Enough to Wear Pink, a breast cancer awareness program."

And on a side note;  I went to chicks n chaps rodeo clinic in missoula and had a great time! I would highly recommend looking into one of their clinics and going, you wont be disappointed! :)
